| How Does It Work? |
 The WPU Stuff is available from the WPUniverse CafeShops at Cafepress. To get to the shops, click on the links in the sidebar. You'll be whisked away to the one of WPUniverse CafeShops at the Cafepress Web site. You can switch between the shops from there.
On the main page of a shop, you'll see pictures of all the stuff for sale in that shop. Click on the picture or the link below it for the ordering page, which has a larger picture, sizes, etc. Be sure to check the sizing charts before you order!
You can order online, using a credit card or PayPal, or by phone or mail. Scroll down to the bottom of any CafeShop page for a link to the information on ordering by phone or mail. Prices do not include shipping. If you are the patient type, pick the "Super Saver Shipping". It's the best deal, especially if you're buying more than one product, but shipping time is at least 2 weeks.

| What You Should Know |
When you buy WPU Stuff, you are buying it from Cafepress, not from WordPerfect Universe.
Cafepress handles all aspects of your purchases from printing the products on demand to returns and exchanges. If you've never bought anything from Cafepress, please read carefully the information linked from the shopping pages. Note that the 30-day moneyback guarantee does not cover shipping costs either way.
If there is a problem with your order, you will need to contact Cafepress, not us; however, please do let us know of your experiences. Cafepress has a good reputation, but if there are problems with the service or product quality, we want to know.
Base prices for the products are set by Cafepress. We add a buck to the base price (OK ... a buck and a cent). The buck is paid to WordPerfect Universe and helps defray Web hosting, software, and technical support costs. Since you are receiving a product at market value, your purchase is NOT tax-deductible in the USA.
When you purchase a product, you will provide Cafepress with information about yourself, including financial information. The use of this information is covered by Cafepress's privacy policy, not by the WordPerfect Universe privacy policy. Please read Cafepress' policy before you purchase.

Q: Why doesn't the stuff say "WordPerfect"? A: WordPerfect is a registered trademark of Corel Corporation. We can't use a registered trademark on commercial products.
Q: Why aren't there any colored shirts? A: Currently, the printing technology that Cafepress uses to be able to produce the products on demand allows it to print only on white and ash-grey fabric. They are working on improving - inventing, actually - the technology that will assure high-quality print on colored fabrics. If they ever work it out, we'll be the first in line for colored shirts.
Q: Where are the thongs and boxers that they have in other CafeShops? A: Do you really want underwear that says "In a Word, Perfect"?
Q: I have a great idea for a clever saying/design to put on the stuff. Are you interested? A: Sure, especially if you do the graphics! We can add to the WPU line and probably will in the future. If you have a suggestion or design, post a message on the About WPU forum or email us. But, remember, it can't include "WordPerfect" or "Quattro Pro" or "Corel" or any other trademark.
